A Message From The GM

Hi,

Wow, I can’t believe it’s been almost 30 years we have been in business and what an incredible journey it has been. 

The tremendous  technological changes in our product lines has only been out paced by the technological changes in how we communicate to the marketplace and our valued customers.

That is why I welcome you to our new information portal!

As GM, I start everyday with two items already on my “to do” list.

First, make sure there is a safe , engaging ,productive  work environment with all the tools and support necessary for our skilled and innovative team to continue to push boundaries .

And second is to try everyday to  improve how can we make our customers lives easier and productive.

The best way to do that is to communicate better and that is the foundation of our new and much improved website!

We begin by making sure everything on our site is easy to navigate and find. Most importantly I want to make sure feel welcome and at home. Please know that there is no question too big or too small that someone on our team will not address for you.

I hope you have already got the gist of using our new BIK Hydraulics site. If there is just one single tip for getting the most out of it, I’d say try the “By Industry” tab found on our main menu. I think you’ll love it. It’s a terrific way to streamline your search for the perfect truck crane for your company’s needs.
One last thing I want to say is that the whole team are always around, almost 24/7, to reply to your emails and calls. In fact, whether you need help, have ideas or just want to say “hello”, we’ll get back to you within a few hours.
